Killer Toxicity Rant Time :)
Yes I just got face camped 2 minutes into a game.
I understand that toxicity is subjective and that arguably survivors are more toxic, but lets be a little honest about Killer toxicity for a second; it is the only form of toxicity that can genuinely affect gameplay.
Sure it has emblem penalties but no one really cares about it. It just hurts to have to watch your other three teammates scramble around and barely accomplish anything while the killer nods and shakes their head like they're winning money.

I just got out of a match where a Doctor face-camped a team mate to death, then the second last survivor helped him hunt me down, and he gave her the hatch after he hooked me.
What a fun game this is! /s

Two way street. Killers will continue this behavior until survivors stop, survivors will continue until killers stop. Its an endless cycle. This game's fate was sealed the minute it was decided that it would be a four-against-one pvp experience.

You are forgetting people that enjoy being toxic without any good reason.

Pretty much what's said here, It's fun being toxic I enjoy being toxic and people being toxic to me I see the humor in it and don't have an ego about the game I'll laugh at it either way and let the ego maniacs get bent out of shape, I won't be toxic in the chat however Im always respectful to the people I was in the match with because at the end of the day were all just trying to have fun.

Since the game is woefully unbalanced in favor of survivors to the point they are allowed to cheat (voice comms) without repercussions, then it can only be expected that the killer, who is supposed to be in the strong position when starting a game, but is forced to be in the weak position from start to finish, is going to be a bit upset and feeling like the game isn't fair.
Meanwhile, survs are teabagging and shining their flashlights ad nauseum and somehow think that isn't toxic behavior.
