Simple Gen Rework Idea
There has been a lot of talk about killers getting frustrated over the speed at which gens pop and a lot of discussion over how that could be best resolved. The main idea by many seems to be to reduce the speed which I feel is a no-go. Doing a solo gen at the moment can take an age and is already on the verge of boring so to add more time to it would not be the right way to go.
I propose enforcing the idea segmented repairs. By this I mean you can only repair up to a certain % of a gen which is decided by how many survivors are on the map.
4 survivors - 4 segment of the repair bar each constituting 25% repair.
3 survivors - 3 segments - 1/3 repair.
2 survivors - 2 segments - 50/50 repair.
1 survivor - complete repair bar.
If the gen is kicked or has regression the first survivor to come to it can re-add the loss as well as their own allowable percentage to complete.
This would stop survivors ganging up on gens and force them to move around the map a bit more. It would mean less gens can be popped as quickly allowing the killer a more fair amount of time to react.

This kind of seems like encouraging gen rushing, where survivors split up and slam gens more efficiently. For what you want, slower gens, this would literally do the opposite.
Survivors that group on gens are a much lesser threat than split survivors on gens.
Think about it. If you discourage grouping on gens, then you're only pressuring one survivor at a time when you kick one off a gen.
