Why is not dC penality working?
many games the survivors disconnect, because they throw them in 5 seconds when they go to activate it?

It used to be off but its back on

i played a game as killer and quit the game but i had no penalty, i did this to prove it

The penalty escalates as 0 penalty, 5 mins, 5 mins, 15 mins, 15 mins, and then more that I don't know about because I've never exceeded it

I just got a penalty for the server crashing. Hard. Profound lag (we're talking a frame or two of movement every five seconds) with the audio even cutting as if someone was pausing and unpausing a video over and over for half a minute. Then the game just sat there frozen and silent for another minute until audio of the score tally screen kicked in. Eventually the video caught up and said that the server was unavailable, and that I'd escaped (I had actually been on a hook, in fact) and earned points. The killer was shown as disconnected. The remaining survivor was shown as still being in the finished match. I got a several-minute DC penalty.
