New Idea [Guns] For a Friend
So I was just playing my favourite game dbd :3 with my friends and one of them said they should add guns... what do you think of that I don't really think it would be good. FOR SURVIVORS

Legion could use a gun, not a bad idea

Make it so they don’t affect killers but survs can shoot eachother. Also usable while hooked to avoid getting farmed.

I'd be down for it. Not so I can shoot the killer but so I can scare the immersed survivor with 3 hours out of the bush and onto a gen.

As Scott said: the main difference between dbd and other asymmetrical horror games is that in dbd you can't really attack the killer, while other games allowed it.
Problem is that even, if you somehow make it balanced, it will be really bad experience for new killers and they will just give up, which is something you really don't want to happen.
You want first experience with game to be good, so players continue playing and maybe bring friends.

I mean.. Just make it the same thing as a flashbang. Momentary potential for stun, if you aim right, but you slow yourself down and it takes a few seconds to charge/aim.
