PS: Im waiting for TW:warhammer 3 release I hope devs doesnt destroy their own game till it get released.

If they completely remove the ability for the shape to kill healthy/injured survivors, AND boon totems are a pain i might be pushed over the edge....

I was just putting time into learning several killers but matchmaking, the massive Spirit nerf, and the TBA add on changes to several killers have me halfway out the door

Well I got a new job, so goodbye DbD for now. I was pretty much only playing it to have something to do at this point.
This new mid-chapter looks promising though.

All I'm gonna say is this upcoming add-on pass better not touch double recovery ghostface or shadow dance+serpent wraith.

I would clarify you something as pig main.
Add on rework = pig buff so....keep being add on dependant.
Bro just make killers as wraith (add ons to improve him) not making them add on dependant

I'm basically there now. I took a year off from the game and it felt good. DbD is the only game I enjoyed more when not playing. I came back a couple of months ago out of boredom. It's been mostly fun learning the new killers and changes. That said....
BHVR continues to show they don't understand their own game and they have the worst priorities when it comes to changes. They just put in MMR which most people didn't want. Most people, after playing with it live, still don't want it. It's lead to easier survivor matches and impossible killer matches. Not to mention all the lies they told about how it would work. So their next move was to nerf killers and add-ons.
Hacking has become a massive problem. It's documented several times per stream even for their fog whisperers. But bans for hacking are either nonexistent or do absolutely nothing.
Survivors NEED an additional objective to keep the game fresh and slow down trials a bit. So instead they plan Boon Totems which gives killers yet another time wasting objective.
Bugs. Bugs everywhere. They can't even keep their maps working.
Continued terrible communication.
No cross-progression for consoles which idc what they say is 100% their fault. The Xbox higher upside have said multiple times they want all games to be play anywhere games. Yet DbD isn't even though it's available on all MS platform's.
Refusal to optimize gameplay.
That's all I care to write. I was looking forward to playing now that I'm home. But reading some of the BS they announced and thinking about all of this, I might just play Civilization instead

Oh you want marked survivors to suffer from hemorage. Maybe increase the distance you can be detect from fro 100% extra deviousness points. No? not tickling your fancy? How about his new iridescent that gives 5 seconds of undetectable when you are revealed. Perhaps BHVRs magnum opus, you move slightly faster while leaning.

- If boon totems give an actually oppressive effect and actually require significant time investment for the killer to destroy.
- If these add-on passes are code for "good add-ons for decent killers will be removed and replaced with meme BS like Hillbilly."
- If every killer that could be considered A-tier gets nerfed and survivor's base mechanics are untouched.

I already reached my limit. I stopped playing since SBMM came out :v I refuse to sweat against people whose objective is to hold a button on a thing for a bit while stacking up second chances.
Currently playing modded Skyrim while I wait for Elden Ring to come out.

I'm not really sure what else they can do. Once they're aware of a hack, they roll out a banwave on all accounts caught using it. But that's only after EAC is able to catch it.

Any more killer meta perks being nerfed. If Corrupt or Ruin get nerfed then I'd probably retire from the game. I dont mind meta perks being nerfed to mix things up, but the survivor meta has been completely unaffected for years.

Already over the edge for a long time. Everybody is claiming the game is so survivor sided yet its being made easier and easier all the time for killers.
Windows that get closed, complete areas in maps where there is NOTHING to hide.
Wallhack perks and add ons and now since 2 killers even mechanics that make the game take over the killers job automatically.

Last Nurse Nerf i took a break from playing while contemplating if i uninstall or not, but if this time they nerf her more by touching either Double-Recharge or Double-range then a permanent uninstall is unavoidable. Ain't gonna waste time playing a massively unbalanced game.

At one point I was stoked enough about this game and its direction to anticipate the coolest movie franchises joining it. But right now sadly....I don't even wanna see the grudge or the ring characters here, because they'd just be made to be a joke like the rest of the roster has become over time.
We got more hackers now than ever before. And a shoddy MMR system that we warned them about would be trash.
I don't even like Scotts takes....but you don't have to agree with his takes to see that he and many others were right about it back then and are right about it now. The games not balanced enough to incorporate an MMR even if they did it perfectly. And like clockwork we did in fact end up with nothing but Spirit/Nurse/Blight at the top, while all the other random killers are getting smoked. And since its going to take them "YEARS" to even do a full overhaul of add ons and perks and killer powers there really is no reason to stay other than the fact that there's nothing else in town in the immediate future. Or people have ingested copious amounts of copium and are willing to sit in the house fire constantly telling themselves that one day this game will be actually balanced and fair. While at the same time they'll be constantly releasing more and more survivor skins to keep up with their budget, and try to add more killers and licenses to the game in which they won't balance, because their too scared of making this game anything else but easy breezy for the majority of their sales base, which is survivors.
This isn't my first time with a slow bleeding game.
