BHVR needs to hyper-aggressively go after hackers.
When your (Killer) MMR gets high enough, 2 things seem to happen far more consistently.
1: Your queue waits are going to increase to outrageous times. Get used to 5-10 minute queues.
2: You're going to run into hackers far more frequently that completely ruin the game.
So, when I say they need to go after these hackers hyper-aggressively, I mean they need to permanently ban them. Hardware ban them, steam account ban them, whatever they can do to remove cheaters from the game. No warnings, no temporary bans, no explanations, just a straight up they cannot play the game anymore period.
I just had 2 games in a row after very long queue times where I had to deal with survivors hacking and when I decided to leave the second game, I get a 5 minute penalty before I can requeue. Guess I just won't be playing DBD today cause ######### this #########.
Honestly, who wants to wait in a queue for 10 minutes just to get in a game where idiot cheaters flaunt their hacks in your face, knowing full-well BHVR won't do jack about it. I've already quit the game once years ago when cheating was a rampant problem and it looks like I'll be doing the same again.
Before MMR, I didn't run into a hacker for months at a time. I'd see the occasional YT video where people that play the game 100x more than I do would upload videos showing them vs a cheating asshat, but that was about it. I personally would run into a cheater about once every 3 months. It was like a unicorn where I'd just roll with it where I wouldn't really try to play, I'd just goof around until the gens were done and I'd open the exit gates and wait for the endgame collapse finish the game for me. With MMR? I'd say I'm easily running into hackers in 5-10% of my games and today, it was literally back to back games. It's beyond frustrating.
So BHVR, fix your #########. Cheaters are ruining your game and it needs to be addressed.

Hyper Aggressive leads to indiscriminate bans to non-cheating players. Aka Fallout 76.
What they should do is better discover commonly used hacks like speed/healling. If servers aren't recording what goes on in a match it should start doing so. Suspicious games could then be analysed for abnormalities.

bvhr doesn't even have the manpower to go through all the reports trying to alleviate that with autoban bot. What makes you think they have Blizzard Triple A tech to record every single match when they can't even ban people from a simple report button? You have to go through a bunch of hoops to report as console it's no wonder hackers/cheaters get away with it

You think its difficult to log what goes on in a match? I'm not asking for full replay here. Nor am I saying a human needs to look at every log.

The servers need in built tracking for the simple things like player speed and flying.

yes, yes I do. Apparently it's too difficult to tackle cheating that they need a BOT to sort their mess. I don't really need to prove myself here, it speaks for itself through BVHRS actions. The fact that there's cheaters in every match is telling on it's own there is a severe problem at headquarters.

We should hyper-aggressively kiss in the freezer of Gideon Meat Plant

Yea this ######### is getting ridiculous. I believe it was yesterday or the day before TrU3Ta1ent ran into them back to back as well. For him, it was killers hacking. He even said the same thing as you- seems like they are more prevalent in high MMR.

I mean, of course they are. They 'win', and BHVR demonstrably doesn't care

What happened to fallout?

Hackers are like anyone else, they just want to win 24/7 while playing chill. Have some empathy!

Playes found their way into the Dev room and took lots of rare items. The response was to ban players with lots of good items, even those that legit own them.
