PC - Can't Pick Up Survivor - Haddonfield

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : Downed survivor (exposed via Haunted Ground) by one of the long walls, near the window in the fence.
Step 4 : Was given the prompt to vault if near the window, but no matter where on the survivor, even if they crawled away from window, I never get the pick up prompt.

- Character played: Nemesis
- Perks played: Haunted Ground, Ruin, Bitter Murmur, Unrelenting
- Haddonfield
- Just once but haven't tried to replicate issue
