All the adjustments seem great.
Especially Hex: Blood Favor and Hex: The Third Seal activating with special attacks.
Would you consider giving Surge a similar treatment, pretty please?

I kinda expect it, because it is going to be free for all perk, so it would be nice, if it actually worked for any killer.

Surge is a perk from a killer with special attack, so it should have same treatment long ago.
But it also have it's own active radius, so if Huntress down someone with distant hatchet, should it work from killer radius or hatchet radius?

I can finally put 3rd Seal on my Legion again! I loved to use that when they came out

It might be quite funny to throw exploding hatchets...

Currently it says "all Generators within 32 metres of you instantly explode and start regressing." so it would be the killer radius if they change only the activation requirements.
