I remember streamers playing this cult classic and I though what if DBD created a license chapter with them.

I wanted to make the perks fresh and new as possible so I hope you like them :)

Can’t tell if this is a joke or not. “Candies”?!?! If this is supposed to be a tracking perk for survivors, Bond already exists.

And Portable Lighter is a complete waste of time.

I don’t know man, the perks need a lot more work. Mother looks like she’d be Spirit’s Rated-PG aunt. Her power is just an amalgamation of existing perks (Fire Up, PWYF, Monitor, Coup).

Fellow White Day fan here, I'm all up for having White Day in DBD. As a matter of fact, I've made my own WD chapter before as well ;)

Now for my (friendly) critique on the perks:

White Day Candies - Movement Speed slow is too harsh, I'd remove it completely. Maybe make it activate after being hit by the Killer or while in injured state? And 8 metres is too little, 24-32 metres would make it so other Survivors can track You and either a) come to heal You or b) move away since they can hear that Killer is chasing You.

Portable Lighter - there's no advantage whatsoever to temporarily lighting a totem. At first I thought it could be a NOED/Plaything counter, but then I read that it only lasts for 20 seconds on one totem. Maybe You can make it last forever, and any Survivor cleansing the totem gets notified that it is a fake Hex. Also maybe make the Hex visible to the Killer after X seconds, just to make Hex defend builds weaker.

Yin-Yang Token - I'd change it to 25% per Great Skill Check. At 5%, You'd need 20 Greats, but it is hard enough to get 20 skill checks at all.

Bereavement - it feels like just half a power. Killer that can just M1 wouldn't feel exciting to play. I'd also say, Save the Best for Last perk is more exciting to play than this Killer's power in its current state.

Memorabilia - maybe make it activate so that after hitting any Survivor Obsession's Aura is revealed to You for x seconds? And instead of losing line of sight, make the Aura stay visible as long as stay in chase? It would make the perk useful for a) finding an Obsession in the game and b) winning any chase mindgames if you manage to hit the Obsession early in the chase.

Ashes to Ashes - you need to hit survivor 5 times... without hooking them once... for the perk to work once? Then 1-2 more for the final down and kill on the hook. If You just hooked them normally, then You'd only need to hit Survivor 4-6 times to hook them three times (2 for first hook, then 1-2 depending if they're injured), maybe even less if You're using instadown perks. I think the perk could use a rework.

Hex; The Wailing - Oblivious status effect may not be strong enough to be worth using. How about Incapacitated status effect? Would be really mean combo with Ruin, resetting all Gen progress, and make Survivors really afraid of touching Hexes.
