We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Killer bug: Game shows a hit on the survivor but doesn’t register

I’ve had this bug happen a few times already where I hit the survivor near a pallet or window, maybe even lockers, and on my screen I hear the survivor yell and my killer shows that I hit them but it doesn’t register as a hit and the survivor hasn’t lost a health state.

This is not a bug with pallets, as they implemented a feature for Survivors to be unable to take damage if they stun you before the hit connects.
However, if it happens with windows and lockers, that doesn't sound intentional to me.
