Add a Content Filter to Settings

Hi,

under settings it would be nice to have a content filter.

With the content filter enabled, all characters will be displayed in their default outfits ON MY SCREEN. So, i will not see any cosmetics.

I want it because I miss the old version of DBD..

    Hi!

    1. Cosmetics is a part of a gameplay.
    2. It isn't cool if someone bought some cosmetics, but others just turn it off.

    @GalleoN2o this setting exists in other games, so why not DBD too?

    Anyway, if I have the setting enabled, the other players wouldnt never know
