Thanatophobia is good for oni and nemesis?
I dont want to use ruin and pop.
So I'm thinking about Thanatophobia perk, so I'm asking a question.
Do you have any other proper genrush perk that works for these two?

It’s only good on legion and plague imo

On Oni, I’d argue Thanat is counterproductive. You want survivors to keep generating orbs, thus want them to stay injured. Thanat encourages healing, so you’ll get less random orbs throughout the trial.
Not sure why you think it’d work differently on Nemesis than it does for most killers. You’re honestly better off running Michael’s Dying Light, Pinhead’s Gift of Pain, or Plague’s Corrupt Intervention.

As @Phasmamain has already said, Thana is only really good on Plague and Legion, Killers who can keep Survivors injured for a longer period of time.
If you want Slowdown, you should look at Sloppy Butcher. This is not directly linked to Generators, however, the extra time they spend Healing is still less time they spend on a Generator. And for Oni it has the side effect of more Bloodorbs, because the Survivors are longer injured (more Bloodorbs because of the longer healing time).

no thana encourages healing which don't want on oni. i would try it on myers or other killers that natualy discourage healing.

Thana is better then dying light in practically every circumstance.
Dying light only affects 2-3 survivors, takes ages before it starts being usefull and buffs one of the survivors healing speed so it denies you pressure/blood orbs.
Hell dying light is so bad i think i would actually prefer nothing over it

Fair enough, I always forget about Dying Light’s buff for the obsession.
Will say Dying Light has saved some very clutch games for me.

No it's bad. Survivors don't want to be injured by all means against Oni, so your thana won't work most of the time. Also it requires a lot of time to actually injure all 4 survivors as Oni so i not recommend using it.
If u have 1 free perk slot, try using Surge. U can down survivor very fast so it's will always proc once it's on cooldown.

Dying light is my go to for Oni when this big fella is downing two guys anyways.

Oni as a killer encourages healing, so does Thanatophobia so you are just rewarding survivors more for healing. You could use Sloppy to make healing less attractive, which would be a better choice.
If you want slowdown on Oni, what I would recommend is Corrupt Intervention. Oni's weakest part is his early game where this perk really helps. It will make less generator pop before you get your power, which will give you a much easier time in late game.

Thanata isn't good on anyone, even it's best case scenario (Legion/Plague). The numbers are simply too small.

Oni's power encourages healing anyways, you don't want that. It's average on nemesis i suppose.
Genrush perks? Deadlock maybe

I run it on leatherface with his purple add on that caused chainsaw hits to cause broken for 90 seconds. I've gotten a surprising amount of value out of it
