Solo Queue Buff
One of the more demoralizing parts of this game is constantly getting crushed in solo queue. Most times you either don’t get unhooked or don’t get healed off hook and you’re an easy re hook. Which leads to killers easily dominating games. A good buff would be giving solo queue players a kindred and we’ll make it buff.

Why DEVs refuse to buff solo is the biggest riddle of DBD, the forum is full of these threads, they don't listen to the community.
Kindred without the ability to see killer would be a good start.

Solo queue is fine.
I would recommend some aura reading perks like Bond or Kindred if you have this issue for a prolonged time period.

While I would like that buff as well, I'm not sure how much it would ultimately help. I play (almost) exclusively solo queue and run Kindred on everything. While having the slot open for other stuff would be super, it doesn't stop my three potato teammates from being useless as one hides in the basement because the heartbeat went off about two minutes ago and they're petrified, one is in the corner healing, and the third one went AFK...
I do agree it would help though but unfortunately that's just kind of the nature of the solo queue. Sometimes you get competent teammates, sometimes you get toddlers who are chewing on the controller and accidentally started a match, and once in a blue moon when all the planets line up and the Sacrifice to The Old Gods has been accepted you might get a good team.

So just use perks to fix problem with the game? That’s some good design.
Then again killer is the exact same

Give SoloQ HALF of Kindred. You should be able to see teammate auras, but not the Killers for free.

The buff the devs gave to soloq is to be able to play with their friends. I know it's not what you would like, but if you want to get out of solo hell, it's faster to make some friends than for bhvr to do anything.

Yep, buff solo, and buff killers, too.
SWF IS TOXIC.

Isn't it same why people use DS DH BT, to get some advantages? Currently i don't feel like i need some sort of buff when i soloQ survivor and i run (Bt, Kindred, Spine, Sprint). It's not meta and I still escape more than half my games. If u give me passive kindred it will just free space for something strong.
While i think ping system with icons near your avatar would be awesome, i doubt inbuilt kindred won't make survivors unbeatable.

When someone says "sOlO q Is FiNe" or "I WiN MoSt Of My SoLo GaMeS", I look at his profile and that person turns out to be an entitled killer main 10/10:
Tunneling, Camping and Slugging doesn't exist, killer is simply doing his objective
Soo reward survivor for nothing? No.
Perfect time to buff Myers.
People quit even when i play Trapper, they will quit against anything, they just want easy games.
Solo q would be "fine" for you even if no one ever survived.

Once he gets matched with better survivors that actually know what to do, they can switch that perk for something different.
Unlike killers...

MMR helps on the survivor side, at least with me. I am actually getting survivors who know what they are doing. The killers do too, so it is harder, but yeah.
One of the biggest problems with SWF is it basically gives you nearly 15 perks for free and significantly buffs the power of a lot of others. The amount of power boost Solo Q would need to compete with SWF is just not feasible. We have to bring SWF in line, not buff solo q/killer, just because of how bad it would break the game.

Here is how you buff solo queue as a pc player.
what you want to do is go into settings and turn crossplay off
now what you have just done is removed the chance to queue with baby dwights and 80% of the throwers.

There are more than 2 against good survivors, but the skill mastery you have to have versus what they have to have starts to increase drastically. Each killer had a hard max MMR they can win at, and at that point, almost every survivor of that skill level will beat almost every killer of that skill level, and a lot of them have a decently high one, but only 2-3 can actually take on the top of the top, no matter how well you play.
Wraith, Cannibal, Plague, and Twins can still compete with pretty strong survivors.

What needs to be done, is the introduction of Quality of Life improvements that benefit solo survivors, but are superfluous to SWF. Things like:
- Being able to see each others perk/add-on loadouts in the lobby. SWF can tell each other what they're bringing, or learn what perks their teammates use. If you know that Claudette has Deliverance, then you can leave them to get themselves off the hook, if you know Jake has DS, then you can risk an unsafe hook rescue, etc.
- A Ping system in game, that allows you to roughly track where other survivors are. Perhaps a button you can hold down while you're not interacting with anything else, that shows you where other survivors are via a Killer Instinct style heartbeat, giving you a direction, but not an exact location or an aura. SWF can tell each other what area of the map they're in, but solo's never know where their team mates are unless they can see their aura.
- A quick-chat function, using a couple of preset messages that you can flag up next to your portrait. "Help me!" "Leave me!" "Killer is nearby!" and "Coast is clear!" perhaps. Maybe Meg is on the hook and you're going in for a rescue, because you can't see Ghost Face anywhere nearby, but then next to Meg's portrait you see "Killer is nearby!" flash up for 5 seconds before it goes on cooldown for 30.
- Some choice perk enhancements, such as having your locker light up with a yellow aura for all survivors within 18 meters when your Head On is ready, or maybe a dying survivors aura changes to white when they start recovering with Unbreakable or Soul Guard still active, etc.
These sort of things don't benefit SWF, but do help solo survivors, bringing them up in line with competent SWF teams.
Once Solos are on a closer level to SWFs, then Killer buffs to compensate can be considered.
