No skill check when healing other survivors

When healing other survivors atm I keep gettin the skill check sound indication but no skill check visual indication pops up. It was also happening to my team mate as well. Also sometimes won’t let you even attempt a heal and the survivor you are healing has to move about till the heal option appears and it’s starting to get really annoying.
