Destroying the Hook Freezes The Killer

While the Killer is trying to hook someone, if you start to sabo a hook and they try to place a player on the hook the killer will get stuck until the hook gets destroyed.
Not sure how often this occurs but it happened to me once as killer (just assumed it was lag at that point) and I have also done this to a killer as well.
