To those who wish for original killers
I get how you feel, I'd like a fun original character that can make a match a little crazy like Pig or Pinhead.
But, to be honest, there's only really two original character concepts I'm begging to be in dbd. Those are the Vampire and Werewolf.
Now, when I say Vampire, I don't mean the pretty boy Vampire (though I don't necessarily have anything against it if they can be horrific looking) instead the original version of Dracula the Bald headed long fingered creature of darkness.
I always loved Vampires for years and the idea of VLAD from the cinematic makes me so excited, but I have so many friends who wish for Werewolves waayyyy more than a Vampires haha.
What do you personally prefer? One of those two? A different mythical creature? Or just a unique idea Bhvr has?

I'd love a werewolf character, especially one with a transformation power somewhat similar to the Oni. It would also be really cool with a merperson/siren-based Killer, although I'm not entirely sure how they'd be able to make any water-related powers.
I'd also love to have some more unique and lesser-known mythical creatures, taken from various cultures' folklore.

I seriously want a fokelore type killer. It could be a wendigo, the babayaga, etc. I also think a death metal killer would be cool, think trickster but scary. And last but not least "disco zombie" from the plants vs. zombies series. That guy is just hilarious.

May I ask if you have an example if a lesser known folk lore creature? I know a lot of Japanese mythological creatures

I just wanna be surprised. I mean did anyone ever expect All-Kill to be a thing?
My problem with most licenses is that they are not inclusive.

I still want a pyromaniac with a flamethrower that can set paths on fire for a short period of time to zone survivors and burn them causing a new status effect "scorched" causing them to lose a health state over time or something like that. Not sure about the variables.

I'm just bored of Vampires and Werewolves by now. The amount of different renditions on media over the years made me so bored of their design and I don't think BHVR would make it any interesting too.
Last time a vampire imotiff made me impressed is Darkest dungeon where blood sucking Mosquitoes are the design choice for vampires and I don't think it has been done before.

Just a unique idea BHVR has.
I don't have any Killer i truly want, but i've been enjoying original Killers more from the visual & lore perspectives.
Mainly cause not much more is added to the licensed Killers visually, and practically nothing lore-wise.

Well, I don't know about a ton of folklore outside of my own culture, but I love learning new things, which is why it would be cool if they added characters based off of that.
I guess if you need examples, I'd really like a Killer based on huldra. Though they aren't particularly violent in the actual folklore, BHVR could take some artistic liberties. It would also be cool if they added Kuchisake-onna, though that one is pretty well-known.
Obviously, before doing any of this, they have to talk to people who are actually part of these cultures.

The bald long fingered vamp was not Dracula. That was Nosferatu an entirely different vampire.
I want a vampire in this game as well, wouldn't mind Phantom of the Opera, or maybe some sort of western ghost like the Red Lady.

I would also love a vampire killer, some medieval powerful vampire warrior like Vlad would be awesome.
I also really want a Native American folklore style killer, something like a skinwalker or wendigo, something like a wechuge would be amazing for me.
