MacMillian and Coldwind Hooks Still Misaligned

I'm using the Xbox One X version of the game. The hooks on MacMillian maps are still offset, hooking outside of the shoulder, and the hooks on Coldwind are also still offset, hooking in the middle of the survivor's neck.
