Usually games that do daily or weekly bans people just stop playing for said day or week because of what's banned

I mean... maybe after seeing the huge survivor winrate drop after disabling these two they would conclude that they should be base kit to solve these core game problems... instead of putting BT/DS to compete against other perks?
(I also won't swap my DS, doesn't matter which perks they launch)

No. Other players are not there for your amusement, if they want to equip the same perks, that's their right, even if you think it's boring.

This makes me want to see it.
Heard a story once of a hospital ward where a door was constantly jamming, but management wouldn't fix it. One of the patients then chucked a chair through the door and it was replaced with a new door the next day.
Maybe if the game breaks hard enough, we get a better solution than the band-aid that is BT/DS.

I'd like to see them rework the shrine. Change it to 4 survivor perks and 4 killer perks, and offer a 25% bloodpoint bonus for each one you use for the week.
Alternatively divide them into 4 categories based on bloodpoint score events, and make each one 100% bonus in a specific category. So for example each week would have a chase perk, an objective perk, a healing perk, and a survival/stealth perk for survivors.

How about, "The entitity has disabled the top 5 perks on both sides this weekend. But will reward you with double bloodpoints for all games".
(I'd leave BBQ out though otherwise there would be no point)
