Theory about Leatherface
He did not come with a survivor because he ate them?

He was originally going to be released with Kate, but her release got delayed. As someone pointed out, perhaps Leatherface was added by himself to have an even number of Killers to Survivors (since the game released with 3 killers and 4 survivors, each DLC adding one each). The only exception is Bill (PC only), which makes one more survivor than killer.

They're not going to add a consoles-only survivor. I agree that it's unnecessary for Bill to be PC exclusive, but PC is their native platform. It's always going to take priority over console.

Bill is PC excusive since Gabe Newell wanted so. Its not really a secret that Gabe on the side of PC gaming. Like, y'know Naughty Dogs on the side of consoles.
