Strategy or not, if you break it to its simplest form, it should not exist in the game as its clearly an unintended glitch that was VERY low on the developer's priority list. You'll adjust and get past it, if it helps people that's a bonus.

The only good changes on the PTB right now are the flashlight changes.
Both the denial of click macros and the removal of click spinning are good for the game balance.

Easy fix is to revert the way the flashes beam looks to the 1.9.3 era. Reworking the flashlights from ptb causes substantial difficulty for other disabled players, and affects muscle memory/timing/movement/etc.
