Refund event offerings

Just give players back 3000 BP for each event offering we could not use, or at least, 1500 BP, after the event is ended.

I think a full refund is too much to ask for since you keep all the progress you made in the web, but a little bit would be cool.

Convert the petals into "50% more points to all players" offerings or something?

Heck, anything but laying stagnant at the top of the offerings lists forevermore would be welcomed. Bloodwebs ended up cornering me into buy wayyy more than I needed, and they're not like kits or flashlights that you can use in any way later. Hopefully they'll do something -- anything -- with them all after this is over.
