Should you be able to see all of or specific parts of other survivors perk loadouts

Hear me out on this one, should you be able to see all or other parts of survivors loadouts, since now there are more conflicting perks in the game with totem destruction vs totem blessing (boons) should certain perks in survivor loadouts be revealed to all other survivors in lobby to make it easier for solo survivors not to step on each others toes

The perks I think should display in lobby when equippied are

Boon totem perks (shadowstep and circle of healing), Totem destruction perks (inner strength, counterforce, small game, detectives hunch) and for the sake of synergy open handed, aftercare, and deliverance

yea but do you think you should be able to see certain perks like open handed if you wanted to synergize with them or boon totems if you were planning on a totem breaking build or vice versa

This is something that should have been added years ago.

Already available to SWF and hell, technically even available to all PC players if everyone suddenly started sharing everything they're bringing in in the pre-game chat. So it only seems fair to make it available to everyone.

Maybe just show it on the survivor side and not to killers. Imagine cleansing a totem and then it turns out someone had a Boon totem to use. This needs to be implemented, and not to mention it's already in DBD Mobile.

Deliverance would be useful in solo so i think this would be a nice change

This wasn't meant to be shown to killers

This would be SUCH an amazing QoL change for solo.

Seriously. The build I bring right now is a stealth-chase hybrid build because every single ######### time I bring something specialized it clashes with someone elses build.

Until there is something like this I am going to keep running Spine Chill, Dead Hard, Iron Will, and whatever perk I feel like bringing.

It would be nice since it buffs a lot of the games perks just by letting people know you have them sadly it also buffs some meta perks

Oh ok, said that just in case because I have bad memory and thought DBD mobile showed survivors' perks to killers.

That is true on pc I often share when bringing perks like openhanded with other survivors or when I bring map offerings might help level the playing field and buff some underused perks now that people know you have them like openhanded

Absolutely. Being able to coordinate perks with your teammates without having to rapidly type your builds in 60 seconds would be a massive QOL change. My only issue would be that it would encourage lobby dodging by more toxic survs who can't handle teammates who don't run full meta.

yea that was my problem with having it display everything, and it does create a lot of animosity between 3 man swfs and the solo who is just playing for fun

I think if this was added it should be revealed during loading screen / offering screen

I personally think so. I think it would create good synergy with solo queue - something that desperately could use some help - and finding a way to do that without just saying "type in chat" or "add a voice chat" feature I think would be good as it sticks to how I BELIEVE the developers intended it to be, giving us only pointing and "c'mere." It would also work in console lobbies where there is no text chat to begin with.

Icons above the survivors or under them or whatever would work. I think if it ends up being too crowded or ugly you can limit it to just the perks and the item, or maybe even just the perks. Still, I think it'd be great to know "Hey, this guy has deliverance I don't need to worry about him" or, "This guy has prove thyself and I have bond, I should look for him doing gens" would be awesome silent synergy.

This might be an interesting way to bridge the gap between solo survivors and SWF, it's these small mistakes and forms of miscommunication that put solo survivor lobbies queues at the disadvantage state that they often find themselves.

It's not a completely foreign idea either- in plenty of games you can view the loadouts of your teammates before a match.

So I suppose it wouldn't be a bad idea and its something worth testing, although I can't super confidently vote any which way on this poll.

I don't want to have fellow survivors start to get pissy with me because I won't run perks they want me to use.
