Cant Interact With Victor on console (Xbox)

Already made a actual report, but i couldnt interact with victor in anyway when i encountered the twins in a match earlier, after that me and a friend (hes pc) hopped in a custom lobby. and had the same results as before where i couldnt interact with victor at all.
