Legion , Executioner , Twins.
Why were they left out of the killer changes on the patch notes when they clearly need add-on / QOL adjustments?
Executioner only really has the range add-on extenders as his viable choice, all the others are pretty much useless or too situational to be used effectively.
Twins needs adjustments in the right areas, a 5 second stun upon using Victor to down a single survivor and then switching back to control Charlotte which is a further 2-3 seconds is not ok. Not counting the time for Charlotte to walk over to that survivor. Arguably also needs an add-on pass.
Legion has been due a look over or overhaul for what seems like an eternity, i think everyone is in agreement with this, whether that's a rework or major adjustments i cannot say.

Jokes aside it required 30 years experience and 10 years of actual testing to find out Legion is underperforming. So i assume they will make Legion good when i hit my late 80.

That's when they'll announce they are looking at Legion. The adjustments will come on the next pass. Your grandchildren may see it in their twilight years...

I don't think Twins will ever get buffed again. They know people don't like playing against them so they gave them a hefty nerf in the hopes that less people play them. They get absolutely hard countered by swfs that have 2 players stick together since Victor gets a DS stun when you down someone.

I think it's a matter of what killers deserve the most attention
Trapper is the oldest killer. Spirit is 2 years old and has been "over performing" ever since her release. Death slinger is about a year and a half old. Plague is nearing 3 years old and has little changes.
Twins is not a year old yet and they had to deal with a lot of bugs and imbalance with them. Legion was overpowered on release and they had to rework them. Executioner was released last anniversary.
So they'll come soon but for the sake of trying to please the most people they can't focus on certain killers too much.

How much time does it require to change some numbers? None is asking complete rework. Tune up numbers.

They've gone about it the wrong way though. They should give more incentive to use Charlotte more instead of leaning on Victor too much.
