Xbox One - Game Shows Killer DC, but gives me a DC penalty

1. Start the game
2. Play Laurie as Survivor in Red Forest. Use
Prove Thyself, Lithe, Windows of Opportunity, and Spine Chill
3. Game crashes randomly and shows killer DC
4. When game loads into lobby dc penalty shows up. This is the second time.
