Stuck Next to Basement Chest The Game (Gideon Meat Plant)

playing as dwight in a match at gideon meat plant the game, went to basement to unlock chest and stepped next to it instead of in front of it, got stuck next to chest and could not leave. could still move and turn but it was like I was blocked in next to chest.
