Krampus Became an Ultra rare?

It was Legendary and now when i see it in my inventory its an ultra rare set, what happened? Is it a bug?

Legendary is now reserved for characters that already exist. Things that change the character but not to something licensed are now ultra rare.

Just noticed that The Minotaur also became Ultra rare, #########!?
Mordeo and Look-See are still legendary at least...
