No mither
No Mither should grant you the following:
- No pools of blood
- No grunts of pain
- Built in unbreakable (with or without speed increase)
- Built in tenacity (with or without speed increase)
I feel like if No Mither looked like this you would be free to choose more random perks than you are now.
Broken status not showing next to the name would be a nice bonus.

Yeah, really until they change it to start the survivor healthy and not show the broken status to the killer, it will never be more than an unused meme.
The upcoming buff to recovery speed might make it more viable with Flip Flop and Power Struggle though.. if you ensure you're downed under a pallet every time.

no mither is my favorite perk and doesn't need to be buffed it's supposed to be dbd on hard mode

I think that would be rather unbalanced, considering most survivors are ok playing the game injured.

no speed boost from the first hit though. But yeah probably a terrible idea.
