Is Stretched Resolution cheating?
Yeah, In my opinion yes you can make the argument oh you see them regardless in many instances that’s only possible in a very niche spot you wouldn’t get anywhere else and stretched resolution makes this possible at other loops far too easily. And some Nurses. But, what do you think?

Sure, it is an advantage... but a cheat... I'm not convinced. Have you already met some cheaters ? a 30 sec stun by flashlight, some flying killers, instant gen repairing, or infinite heals ?...

Yes
A cheats a cheat, no matter how small. Unintended gameplay advantage is the very definition of a cheat. Doesn't have to be levitating instant head ons to be a cheat.

Have you seen how badly stretched res kills Ghostface? It's not like he needed any more problems to deal with. Stretched res needs to go.

Cheats don't have to be outrageously and blatantly obvious to be considered cheats. Some of the most frustrating ones to go up against are the ones that change small details about gameplay and can often go unnoticed by opposing players, but gives enough of an advantage that the player using them is nearly always in a superior position, even if they aren't always winning. Though they are likely winning more often than not, because that's the point of a cheat in the first place.

Otz did a video about ghost face with it and you can get him out of his power behind a wall where, with normal resolution, you can’t do it’s terrible

I despise it still and I don't have a lot of respect for those that use it either.
I wouldn't call it cheating per se; but it's definitely not the right thing to do at all.
