Can I report a player for any offense here?
For example, one of the players starts being racist in chat, or someone is hacking, and I have video footage. Then I post here on the forum. Can that person get banned?
Also, I know there's a place where you can report people to Behaviour, but since you don't get a response back, you never know if you did something good to the community. I would suggest to at least give to the player that reported a player, some notification in-game (Like CS:GO whenever you report someone right, valve gives you a message saying that the Match didn't mess your rank). Would be better to receive some BP though.

No we don't take reports here on the forums - that would be against our forum rules with regards to Naming & Shaming.
All reports against players etc, need to go to our Support team for them to address: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
