Are you gonna miss Hawkins Lab when it's gone?
As a stranger things fan yes, but at the same time probably not so much when I'm playing as killer.

I hate Hawkins with a passion. I feel like that chapter was a double edged sword as Demo is incredibly fun to play as and against. Yet Hawkins is neither fun as survivor or killer. Also the fact it feels like 50% of the maps in rotation are Hawkins doesn't help either. And you always get it back to back in my experience too. So the oversaturation of playing it combined with the general awful layout... yea, it can go and never come back no more.

Yes, absolutely. But I'll also admit I'd even miss Haddonfield if it got removed entirely.

I'd miss any map that would be slated for removal, so yes I will miss Hawkins. For my own personal experience however? Not terribly. I don't like the absence of windows, save for the top floor, and I'm not a big fan of constantly looping simple pallet loops or holding W, then ducking into a room once the Killer catches up to me. I do like that one room with two pallets and the small raised area you can walk on between them!
On the Killer side, it's kinda boring for me. The only time I like playing on Hawkins as Killer is probably when I used to main Nurse!

I despise the map on both sides and just because I ran a Nemesis on it one time for 3 gens doesn't make me like it any more
Though I will miss when a stealth killer loses on that map and calls it survivor sided. That's pretty funny :)

Yes. Map Variety is already a problem. Most matches are either Corn or Autohaven these days. Sometimes you get the swamp. Wish they were adding a new map, or at least giving us another rework with the mid-chapter.

We are getting 1 more map in year 6. Considering we just had two licenses it's likely it's going to be an original map.

I’m conflicted. I hate every indoor map except RPD. However, even though I am not a fan of Hawkins the map- I am a Stranger Things fan and it kind of sucks that Demo, Nancy, & Steve are now homeless.

They should just make Dawkin's Lab and have it exactly the same but a slight different colour and less #########.

Also, scratched mirror Myers will only have Lery's as a viable option since the Game became pallet city. That's the real tragedy here.

New improved Vanity mirror opens up all the indoor maps as possibilities for some jump scare fun.

Midwich has open rooms and long corridors, you can see him coming from a mile away. Plus it has countless pallets which you can loop him round for an absurdly long time, even the unsafe ones, due to his low movement speed and non-existent lunge. Throw in the huge map size and his terrible movement speed, and its gg ez for the survivors. You can get a few decent jump scares as they leave rooms, but they'll catch on awfully quick and it fast becomes incredibly unfun.

I won't miss it but I sympathize with those who liked the map. I personally did not enjoy it, but as you can see here many people liked the map, not to mention it's taking part of the map variety.

That is true though. I enjoyed it at times, but it would be nice if we didn’t have to burn map offerings to avoid going to the most common ones.

I will miss it bc i liked the the different approach. More pallets, but you need to chain them to use them effective most of the time.

Well, I don't think Hawkins is a well-designed map. Actually, I think Temple of Purgation was the last good map to be released.
However...it provided us with many good memories and interesting moments.
So yes, I will miss it.

I will miss it yes, there's some areas of this map that I actually enjoy playing in and you can get some good chases in. Plus I love it aesthetically.

I love Hawkins Underground Laboratory. It is one of my favorites. I know were stuff is. It is not disorienting like Midwitch Elementary (which I also love)

I've always just found the map kinda... boring as both killer and survivor, but I'll still miss it. It's unique and a part of the game that is in no way broken or anything, so a shame to see it go.

Absolutely. I loved it when it came out. I was surprised so many people didn't like it, but I am pretty sure it was because the cult that follows a particular toxic influencer is to blame for that. Then right when people started to learn how to play it -boom- no more license, and they plan to remove it.
Breaks my heart.

Ok,hard truth,from all the indoors maps,it was one of the better ones,but still sucks againts killers like wraith of doc,so not really.Glad this indoor map is gone.
