If you are missing cosmetics, what are the chances that you can get them back through support?

I have just realized I am missing several rare cosmetics, but I only remember a few of the names of them since I never really used them much so I can't even figure out if this issue has taken more of my rare cosmetics, like is there some way you can figure out what else you lost besides doing detective work?

Has anyone else lost special cosmetics for your characters, and what are the chances they will be able to figure out which other cosmetics I have lost. Like I have already logged a support ticket, I am just a bit worried that it's a lose or lose situation and it will be sad if I only bloodpoints because I kind of actually liked them a lot. :c

I've never lost any, but i never got those event cosmetics that got awarded to everyone, the ones with the huntress wolf mask. So i contacted support and they added them all.

I think they said they are saving this stuff securely to avoid getting in a situation like lost legacy skins again. So i would guess chances are pretty good?

Your chance to get them back are really low a lot of player lost their legacy cosmetic and some of them never got them back

I lost several streamer exclusive killer skins, which is a big loss because those are really really rare and now I lost mine. :c
