Other players internet connexion issue caused everyone to have penalties

I did a game where two players (1 survivor and the killer) were considered as disconnected at the same time. The game lagged a lot for everyone.
At the end, I had a -1 pip and a 5min penalty while the game still considered I make some bloodpoints.
