Do you think noed should get buffed?
Short for "No One Escapes Death" from Dead by Daylight. Noed is a hex perk which causes all survivors to suffer the "exposed" status effect once the last generator has been completed, thus causing survivors to die from one hit from the killer as opposed to two hits, while giving the killer a slight speed boost.

Rework it.

Why would you buff it? I wouldn't nerf it either.

No
Dog what needs to be buffed is Killer early game.

Tbh if I buffed it I would probably make it that if the totem got cleansed then it would only work on the survivor who cleaned it. And they would become the obsession. Maybe that would be considered a nerf.

Yes
NoED does not need a buff or a nerf, its fine where it is.
In case your wondering, I misclicked

why it's a perfectly balanced perk
it would only be needing a rework if it was stronger or was less coutnerable

If anything, it needs a rework, which is highly debatable to begin with.

Accidentally clicked yes.
I think it's okay in it currents state though.

If this game was literally swf only I'd agree.
If Noed had conditions for it to activate (such as get x amount of hooks) I'd agree.
But as a solo queue player, its unlikely to do all 5 totems. Additionally, majority of the people that use to perk tend to be bad at the game, and often when it comes into play it feels like a killer didn't deserve it.

It needs a rework more than anything.

Noed should be either complelty reworked or nerfed. The idea of buffing noed is as absurd as it would be to buff SWF or Nurse.

should give tokens based on hooks, for each survivor you hook you get one token, for each token you get one insta-down, no more speed boost.

Fun having the four yes votes all be misclicks.
I think it should be reworked. I think the idea of a killer incapable of getting more than one or two hooks suddenly getting a speedboost and snowballing after they had pretty much lost is bad - it was bad in the rank system, and it's bad in MMR: unskilled downs being rewarded, even by a counterable perk, is a problem. It'll just artificially inflate someone's tiers of play, and make that 'crutch' a staple without which that killer will be unable to keep any semblance of participation.
Conversely: I like Devour Hope. I like the system of having to work up to things. I think a similar system would work for NOED, though if it were too similar you'd run into "NOED is just a lesser DH"

Why would you buff one of the seven/eight perks Killers rely on the most? We already have a morbidly stale meta, let's not add logs to the fire. There are 50+ perks you never see because they're either trash or situational. Those could use a buff, not Noed.

NOED is fine where it is and is one of the most patched perks in the game already. It's got counterplay, doesn't happen until end of the game, and the tools to make that counterplay ridiculous accessible exist in spades. I know folks on here hate people who say "just do bones", but seriously, just do the dang bones instead of trying to optimize your gen progress so much you finish a game with 10k or less bp cause you didn't give anyone enough time to have fun.
