New Trapper sack will be complained about a lot right?

Trapper sack (Carry all 8 traps from start, can't pick them up) + Makeshift Wrap (Trapper don't get caught in his own bear traps)

So the killer will go to shack and place traps on both sides of the pallet, on both sides of the window and one on the last exit "door" and one in the shack as close to that exit "door" as possible, then also the last two traps somewhere above the stairs also. If a survivor somehow gets in for the rescue the Trapper will just reset that trap and now how can they get out if the other survivors don't help? Sounds like a true nightmare for solo survivors?

And of course survivors can counter this by not getting downed close to the basement, and having one person disarming these traps all the time, but I can also see this basement strategy being complained about so so much when these addon changes arrives 😀 Or what do you think?

But I do think Trapper mains deserves this after years of suffering, but how long until this addon get nerfed? Probably not very long.

I'm shocked they thought the Makeshift Wrap would be an ok idea, especially for a common add-on of all things. I am very concerned about that add-on.

Not really an issue. Survivors are supposed to avoid getting caught and basement trapper is a clear reason to steer clear. If a survivor gets hooked down there it's from their own bad decisions.

Killer wants to cling to one location, do the gens across the rest of the map.

In this game. No matter how major or how insignificant. There will always be someone who complains about it :p

Not really. Trapper's needed some love for long enough that I ain't even mad about it. I mean I'll curse him when I repeatedly step in his traps, but I won't be mad :)

How can you close down basement, and still carry survivors down there when you can't pick up traps or step over them?

ez you catch somebody in the trap pickem up and it takes 30 seconds for it to rearm so thats plenty of time and just step on one of the traps and rearm it to get over them again when leaving

As a basement trapper main, this does very little for us but a smidge of convenience. We leave one door trap free intentionally, then place the trap down on our way out- after hooking. Whatever trap a survivor undoes to get in, we retrap on our way inside and now everyone is in the hotbox lol. It’s merely a convenience thing, that’s it.

‘Although i main trapper, I don’t like going against him. I’d be more concern with him just having 6 traps in maps consistently now, and being able to carry two at base. This is underrated and will have people more people paranoid to watch their feet. Even the game after when it’s a different killer smh lol.

The add-on has such a dumb downside, it shouldn't be that popular. I certainly won't be using it.

I don't see why, It would be a pefect brown add on, by the time you would be able to use it otherwise, you would be good enough to not need it. Besides, if the trapper needs to run through a trap, that means the surv DH through one.
