This started patch 5.2 of Dead By Daylight on 7th September 2021. Something in the EAC in the game decided to start taking exception to my RGB light software that I have had installed and hadn't patched since February 2021. I always keep Windows up to date, I updated msi dragon center/msi mystic light, and the problem still persists. This has happened 5 times now, and is killing my desire to play Dead By Daylight as well as any other EAC game.


Either Behaviour implemented an update of EAC which caused this, or EAC implemented an update to which you are not aware. Please, is there nothing you can do? The way the report was last closed was not satisfactory.

This was explained in the previous report you made, that this is not a bug...and that the error message you are receiving is quite clear with regards to the issue.
