Old matchmaking was better
What more do I have to say it was better and this matchmaking was better in testing what did they do to make it this garbage I deal dumb teammates and op survivors sorry but no old matchmaking was better because at least you had a better chance of actually doing good.

It may be a personal thing, but whether MMR's design is good or not, it has actually improved the quality of my matches overall. I get one game each now and then where one of my teammates is a self care in the corner Claudette main but besides that, so far it has been pretty good for me.

How most of my team will stand there being so stupid even when playing with a friend the other two survivors will just say let's do nothing but waste pallets.

I noticed when my swf teammate and I die we get stuck in a loop of dying because we get teammates just hiding for the match while the two of us are the only ones trying to get anything done. When we finally get matched with good teammates and escape we get a few good matches until we come across a good killer and die and it's back to being stuck in death loop again until we get a good team again. Atleast before if we died we would generally get skilled teammates the next match.
Before we were more willing to give killers that had a rough match a kill or stick around to help the randoms. Now when last gen finishes we leave so we don't drop in mmr and get stuck in a death loop.

SBMM is better, but it could be better than it is. The problem is that there are too many things for them to track to determine skill if they don't want to just use obvious things that separate competent players and average players as the means of determining MMR increases and decreases. A good player can run a killer for 4 gens and die and lose MMR with the current system according to an answer from the dev Q&A stream today. That is just rubbish and should never be a thing. A player basically carries the game with a 4 gen run and they are punished for it.
