What if Patrick wasn't kidding in the Q&A?

So I just got out of yet another game with cheaters and it has occurred to me that the, supposedly, hyperbolic statement of the Lead Game Designer is a genuine reality for many of us several times a day.

To quote the man himself on the feedback behind the Survivor experience: "...I was playing a game of Survivor and I looped the Killer for seven consecutive hours and I unhooked eighteen other Survivors and I healed for ninety-three health states, I fixed ten generators, it was such an amazing game, I truly am a god amongst men when I play Dead by Daylight..."

No, seriously. There's several cheaters in this game that are so well known, some people recognize them by their names and we've yet to hear anything said on the matter. Though unlike with MMR, there's an objective issue at hand. I imagine that Mods have their hands tied on how much they can say on the matter, if anything, so what's the strategy here? Complain enough until the issue has to be addressed and they're allowed to talk to us? Wait until we're blessed with a "We are aware of the situation and are actively working to fix it" tweet? How sad.
