[PC/Console] Survivor unhooking themselves but still reaching stage 2

Description of the issue: I believe ever since the change to how the attempt to escape/struggle mechanic works, there's an odd bug where if a survivor waits until they almost hit the second hook stage and then they unhook themselves - the game will still penalise their hook progress bar (Which will put them into the 2nd stage as they unhook themselves)

This should not be happening, if you unhook yourself on your first hook - you did not hit the 2nd stage, therefore you shouldn't be dead on hook.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Run Deliverance
  • Wait until the very last moments of your 1st hook stage and then unhook yourself. You will notice that the game still registers you as hitting 2nd stage despite unhooking yourself

How often does this occur: It's rare due to it being circumstancial but it's still an annoying bug that can potentially lead to matches being lost simply due to losing the hook state you should've had.
