A "Slenderman" Power Concept.
We all know about The Slenderman, or "Slender", "Slendy", whatever you wanna call him. A very mysterious being that preys on those that are all alone all alone, preferably children. A very popular creepypasta that made tons of scary games about him.
Slenderman can't really touch you, but he can use the tendrils from his back to hold you down. He could even impale you with a tendril. He could have the same treatment as The Cenobite where he uses his chains, but he can use his tendrils. He can also drive you mad, like Doctor. He can even extend his height and teleport. With all that and bits from his games, he could probably fit like a glove.
Basic Weapon: His Tendrils.
Secondary Power: You can use your tendrils to snag and throw Survivors. When thrown against a wall, in the air, or at another Survivor; Healthy become injured, injured get DW, and DW get downed. When you throw them at a hook there's a 10% chance they're hooked.
Power: There are usually Seven Generators. As the trial starts, Four Generators are blocked by the entity. Survivors have to find a total Eight Pages. Two Pages can unlock a Generator each. The Pages are shown to you in White. Any get a notification for when a Survivor is within peripheral of a Page. For each Page taken, a Token is received. You are given up to Eight Tokens.
1 Token: After a Page is taken, all Survivor auras and vaults are revealed for 60 seconds. Your movement speed was 3.2, you now move 0.2 meters faster.
2 Token: You are now able to use your Secondary Power. Your movement speed was 3.4 meters, you now move 0.2 meters faster.
3 Tokens: Using a Basic Hit will will cause a Survivor to go Mad, all for the remainder of the trail. Your movement speed was 3.6, you now move 0.2 meters faster. Survivors can escape Madness anytime.
4 Tokens: Survivor Perks are switched out for 120 seconds. Survivors with the same Perks, they'll have less perks. So, if all Survivors have the exact same perks, they'll have nothing for that duration. Your movement speed was 3.8, you now move 0.2 meters faster.
5 Tokens: Survivors are given Madness when snagged. Your movement speed was 4.0, you can now move 0.2 meters faster. You're now at 4.6 meters, Basic killer movement speed.
6 Tokens: Survivors start to hallucinate. They start to see you chasing them, but it ain't really you. They disappear when they hit one. Nothing happens to the Survivor. You mix up Auras for items.
7 Tokens: The duplication hallucinations are disabled, Survivors now begin to get confused. Auras of items are mixed with each other, including Generators. But not pallets or vaults.
8 Tokens: When all Pages have been taken, the duplication hallucinations are enabled. You begin to mix up Auras for Survivors and the Killer. Making it extremely difficult to work together. Looking at the Slenderman will apply Madness.
Mori: The Slenderman uses his tendrils to impale the Survivor. He reels them in and they stare at each other. As the Survivor is mentally destroyed, blood leaks from their eyes, nose, and ears, before disappearing.
This ain't the best concept of a power, but thanks for reading.

I like this concept at this point though if he gets in DBD he's gonna be one of the more unique killers (hopefully)

I don't really care for the perks. I can think of some good ones though.

This would make for a Halloween week Special event but other then that the only other thing I could see is it being a cosmetic for Pinhead or the Spirit and if you really draw it out possibly nurse at the end of the day.
Unfortunately DBD only has fairly small maps and I don't see them making a huge map (or reprogramming all old ones) to incorporate pages.
Slenderman can't be looked at so you could incorporate him into base game as a rapid movement teleporter who gets damage on survivors who look at him (like an enhanced ghostface.) but they you'd have survivors looking at the ground running around half of the match.
When 2 or so gens are done and the tentacles come out though (or sooner if add-ons are used) then it would become faster hybrid nurse/nemesis play.

On the other hand if you take advantage of the spirit world and allow increasingly fast walking in it you could simulate his slender walking (even though slenderman can walk normally but rarely does)
and when you attack with him, instead of it being a hit, it could be a grab turn towards him static sound leading to injury and release motion.
When downed however it would have to be regular speed and play so flashlight saves, items, and other perks can actually be used.
Idk guys I've tried to think this out but Slenderman seems too powerful to be contained without changing the core mechanics and programming of the game.
