The music from the game and the community
Is it just me, or is the music team and people like FirsEncounterAssault, Mr Envy and Jon Rob rediculously talented and highly underrated? Like oh my god the music I have heard from and for this game has had me listening to chase musics for like hours on 200% volume, how the hell does music from a team and a community this good just go unmentioned here? It just makes me upset that I can't turn up chase music and turn off heartbeat in game, being able to sit there as a survivor, just barely avoiding being seen and the whole time that 8m terror radius is playing makes me wanna play survivor

My biggest complaint about the music is that there is not more of it, I wish every killer had unique themes and chase music. I love the music in this game so much.

Same right here, I hope they take a chapter off someday and just give every default music killer their own unique set of music and let that be the chapter for that quarter of the year, the concept of DBD itself sets up for amazing music ideas

Indeed, the music in DbD is top-notch, and they don't get nearly enough praise for the incredible compositions that perfectly capture the stress and intense emotions that come with the "cat and mouse" gameplay. Appropriately, the music also has a fairly simplistic, yet highly catchy, beat, mirroring the nature of DbD itself (a simple game at its core that evokes powerful, complex emotions in everyone who plays it and can be addictive to play).

The chases that personally get me excited from music alone are the ones with Doctor and Blight. With Doc, the music perfectly expresses that Doctor is here to spread the madness he loves to study to the point that his chase music barely even represents music, just sounds that come together to make what sounds like it, as a killer you feel like you genuinely are him, that you'll play with them and thier minds just to kill them eventually, that and it's just a really interesting piece of music that gets me excited. As Blight, you literally feel like you are the end itself, the music is so dramatic and tragic that as a killer you're as lethal as you are fast, and that survivors will all fall no matter what, that and it's just extremely cool since DBD rarely uses orchestral instruments in the way Blight does, and he does it beautifully.

Honestly I agree. I'm sure it takes a long time though to make such good tracks.

That one is really damn good, FirsEncounter is just an extremely talented person when it comes to their DBD Fan Music, my favorite DBD chase theme comes from them, specifically this one:
They just fit characters so well with the music, it's honestly insane

Ah, yes. This one too is good. Looking forward to the day when Legion gets a chase theme.

As a Legion main, I listen to this like it's an anthem, I feel like the day I wake up when Legion gets their own chase theme, I play only them for like a week straight

And I wish there were themes for survivors 😣
Or at least a unique theme for each legendary skin, like Cybil and Lisa
