So, what have been some of the best hot takes you've heard from salty players in your time playing this game?
Just today I had a streamer who after I 4k'd with Pyramid Head start saying that his cages are over powered and that DS AND BT should counter both Final Judgement and Mori's.

Oh, I have a really easy answer for this one- it's a comment a salty survivor left on my steam profile, saying, and I quote;
"you aren't good at the game, you just play bubba. learn to get good at the game"
That made me laugh long enough that I left it up, toxicity is fine when it's that damn funny

Survivor "your supposed to let me wiggle out if you can't reach any hooks because we all went down in the same area of the map with not enough hooks'

(it was the end of the match and all the other survivors were dead but they just kept crawling towards the corner)

Sorry to say it, but the survivors don't get to be salty; only I, as the killer have the right to the salt--no time for your camping/tunneling/boosted/baby killer accusations, no, no.
I'm on a mission to berate you for letting your solo queue teammate die on their first hook while I was chasing the obsession across the map while Kindred was in play! Why the hell would you do that!?
In all seriousness, I "enjoy" getting called out for "pretending to farm" as Amanda, when I make it extremely clear that I don't want to--just because I let you reset after you all dived at me looking to boop doesn't mean I'm friendly, only that I'm fair.

I had a bubba player whinge because he facecamped me when I was on 2nd stage and he got upset that my teammates did all the gens and didn't bother trying to save me

Oh I have a couple.
So one time I was playing Leatherface and I vsed a streamer and there SWF and it was a decent game for both sides though when I looked at the vod they were really mad and the streamer got so mad that once I got him on his death hook he slammed his desk and ended stream and I was like Wow I've never made someone slam there desk and end there stream before.
And the 2nd story well I played as Spirit using a meme perk build Sloppy, Furtive, Mindbreaker, and Dragon's Grip and wow I couldn't believe this guy did this but one of his friends was like you should raid the Spirit and tell everyone to leave and he was like sure let's do and that's exactly what happened. I wasn't bothered by it at first when I heard it but when I went to post my highlight of the game than I got upset cause that's just a bad look to do that to someone as a streamer and I didn't even do a thing to this guy but it just shows the entitlement some Survivor mains have when you beat them fair and square and they take all there rage out on the killer player.

Oh, now these comments ought to be good! As a veteran of the game who has played many, many hours of killer and survivor alike, I believe the worst and most recent hate mail was someone saying that my pride charm was "a waste of a pride charm".

Pretty well known streamer started complaining that killer was too easy and survivor is underpowered. Before that match I had lost 3 games in a row with each game ending in less than 8 minutes, while using the exact same killer and the exact same perks.

Was using mirror Myers and they were calling me trash. I killed 3 and 1 dc'd to let his boy get hatch. I was mid chase as well. Wouldn't have gotten hatch if not for DC.
Also because I had, noed. They were mad they proxied the basement as I hooked them down there. (This was while they had gens still)
One even said i was trash since he was looping me yet I moved so slowed, barely had a lounge.

oh dude, in the game prior to the one I mentioned in my op, the streamer called a Clown a tryhard meta slave, despite the clown using STBL, Bamboozle, Pop and Iron Grasp, very meta build on a very meta killer xd

If he camp he has no one to blame but himself. I had a pig tunnel and camp but I got out thru hatch. As killer I had someone say imagine being a twin main. Apparently victor shouldn't be allowed to be used alot. Not even a twin main either.

All of my hate mail has been from survivors, with rare exceptions.
I got a 4K at 5 Gens last night with Wraith on Thompson House and got called “trash” and “tunneler” by a Jeff who tried to body block with BT.

Survivors feel they’re getting tunneled if the killer even slightly looks in their direction. This has been a topic before: the pride charm thing is a stupid excuse and should never be brought up unless a player is making derogatory comments in postgame chat or private messages.

I never even notice survivor charms. The only charms I ever see are killer charms on the hooks. To think someone is tunneling because of them seems like a stretch but it does unfortunately happen and I've gotten the hate messages to prove it...
