Is anyone else getting really really new players in their survivor games?
For some reason my mmr for survivor has completely died I'm no longer getting players my level and I'm getting new survivors and killers the games just feel as bad as they used to before mmr. Where you have to do all the unhooks and the killer just gives up chasing you because they don't know how to deal with survivors who know what they are doing.
I feel like somehow my mmr was reset to new or something for survivor because before I was getting advanced survivors now I'm getting new survivors, either mmr broke for me or the game is making fun of me by saying I'm new at the game based on how I play. x-x

I'm getting people who are in groups and they definitely aren't new. So it might just be your MMR.

The weird thing is I have been constantly escaping, so I am not sure why its as low as it is, I'm guessing it's very low at the moment because everyone I'm playing with is at the level where they are getting to be experienced, but aren't experienced. Like constantly hiding when the killer is hooking someone halfway across the map level of experience.

Well if I had to put on my tin-foil-hat i would guess that the queue times during peak hours have gotten so bad again that behaviour has widened the matchmaking parameters again and it will be the clown circus of mm. Now only being not verifiable thanks to hidden MMR.

I got matched with a default Jake with 8 hours total on the game and a Nea who had 215 days played in the same match. My buddy and I both have 100 days.
The Killer has 250 days and was Console Nurse.
He got 1 hook and it was on Jake near the end.

If you died you lost mmr, it doesn't matter how well or how much you did during the match.

well it is mid october and this game has a fair amount of big name movie slashers. something something context of the time and game and how taters vs taters gives you taters where they don't belong from shortsighted sbmm

I didn't die, I just felt bad because the people I got matched with was similar to the experience of a rank 1 playing with rank 20s in the old ranking system.

That pretty much sums up my games for today except in reverse where everyone was new to the game except me. Though I did get a game afterward which was with an experienced killer and 2 newish survivors so i guess there is that lol.

My mmr is really low as survivor. So yeah, lots of new players.
