Bloodweb/Perk obtaining rework

I've been playing since around 2019, i have all survivors and killers, but the one thing i don't have is all of the perks on all of the characters. I was never really bothered by the grind but as of late i am getting increasingly fed up with the unnecessary limitations placed on this aspect of the game. My main gripe is that i have paid for this content, and while i do have 'access' to it, it is only on the one survivor/killer usually, or maybe on 2 or 3 other killers. I am rapidly losing the will to grind to collect all the perks on the characters i want as it's simply just too much time spent playing vs the reward. It's something like 1.6 million BP per 50 levels right? that x the amount of killers/survivors + RNG of even getting the perks after getting teachables is just insanely high. I feel a big majority of the fun in DBD is the perks you bring to the game.

I feel like a much more fair system would be as follows:

Bloodweb stays as normal, with the exception that perks are not purchasable starting at level 1. Instead you purchase the perk ONCE in the bloodweb, and then spend BP to upgrade it in the loadout. The cost to upgrade however, would be much higher than purchasing in the bloodweb. So for example Level 2 would cost 50k, and level 3 100k. This still gives a sense of working to get the perks you want, but gives so much more of an opportunity to finally complete perk unlocks on any character. With teachable perks, Once unlocked from the character, they Appear in every character's perks, but you have to purchase them at level 1 for 25k and then 50, 100k as above.

I feel like this is a much more rewarding system that still has a grind to it. I come here with this idea purely because i'm sick of wanting to play X character i prefer, and not being able to have the loadout i want. I genuinely feel like the grind is much too high for the rewards you get. I feel it absolutely should not be so difficult just to obtain perks. I can't think of another game that has this much of a grind just for a core part of gameplay.

you're entirely missing the point. The grind would be way way less. Once you obtain a perk from the boodweb it would not appear again in the bloodweb as you would be upgrading it from your character page. So new perks can only appear in it. This will make gaining new perks much faster and easier. i'm not trying to remove the grind, i'm trying to reduce it and give everyone a guaranteed chance at getting all the perks with at least a bit of effort still.

I think they need to completely revamp the bloodweb, the grinding is stupid like if people enjoy the game then then it wouldn't be considered a grand bit for years people have been voicing their dislike for the bloodweb and the annoying grind the game offers, like I have played for 4 years and I still haven't gotten self care or borrowed time but I'm getting spirit burst like every other web. They need to fix this like I know they can implement a system where the game will know what perks you have already gotten and not give it to you again instead of having this mobile game feel for a PC/Console game that isn't free. There should be a perk bloodwen and an item one, like I personally don't care about the items I don't use them I only want perks but yet most of my bloodpoints have to go into things I'm not using
