So, Legion Buff Idea And DS Nerf And Buff Idea. Thoughts?
Ok, now your probably confused so let me explain. I think ds shouldn't go when you heal yourself or others, and it shouldn't go when unhooking. But I think it should last 20/30/40 seconds, not 40/50/60. so you can heal and save and if you die, you still have ds. Let me know what you think of this. this will reward quick plays and make DS a bit less of a perk that you just try and take hits and instead incentivizes you to help your team get on their feet.
BONUS: Legion Buff Idea.
Ok, I'm going to start with saying, read through the whole thing.
Legion should be able to down with their power, but they can only down 1 survivor and as soon as they're downed they go into instant fatigue, this change makes it so you have to make a decision. "do I down this survivor or put pressure on the other survivors?" and i think his power should last 5m longer, which is not much but will help out as well.

You'd have to elaborate on the legion buff idea... being able to down one person makes legion's power a remove counterplay option because pallets and vaults no longer becomes obstacles.

I just don't agree with the ds thing. DS is in a good spot right now. They've solidified it as an anti tunnel perk. Fact of the matter is if you have time to heal, you aren't being tunneled.

DS: I don't know man. The main thing about DS being abused was the gens, unhooking. Maybe you can keep the healing idea but the unhooking 100% should stay.
Legion buff: You need to explain more. All you said was legion's power can down which doesn't really make sense no matter what.

Legion would be able to down Survivors way too fast with that. Every use of his power would be a guaranteed down. He'd become too strong in the 1v1, while still mostly lacking in the 1v4. It would essentially turn him into Melee Trickster.

If your healing someone or yourself, you don't needs DS. It got nerfed just so you can't be invincible doing some actions. Or at least didn't force the killer to slug.
Legion: if you could down people you wouldn't bother to chase other survivor as much since they can just down.

DS is fine how it is now. If you have time to heal yourself or someone else, you're not tunneled.
Legion will down people while having a speed boost? No. People will DC as soon as they see it's Legion.

I would love to have an addon like Blight’s where Legion’s last feral frenzy is a lethal frenzy.
Another nice buff would be to slowly increase his speed after each frenzy, by maybe 0.1m/s or 0.2m/s. Although maybe that’s better as an add-on too?

Isn’t that just old Legion? I don’t think it’s healthy to put the survivor in a situation where nothing they do matters and for the other three survivors to be completely bored not interacting with the killer. Killers like Huntress that has map pressure and a good 1v4 and everyone feels involved in the game are actually fun to go against.

its only 1 person per frenzy and as soon as you down them you enter a state of fatigue with exta cooldown, makign you choose to either kill him or pressure other survivors.

this is the post i was looking for, the bigger picture. i agree with this, which is why i also think he should have longer cooldown and he has a bit longer delay between attacks.

DS Part: Agree
Legion part: this i will go into detail about. Legion will use his power and go for either one survivors or 2-4 survivors. Now if you down someone you instantly fatigue so it will add in a decision you have to make, which is to either down him or go pressure the others. and if you down you instantly go into fatigue, the fatigue is 1.5x as long and the power will recharge 1.5x slower. and its normal if you hit all 4 survivors or any amount of survivors.

Nah, DS is in a good spot. It took BHVR what seemed like years to finally nerf DS to the point where it isn't OP like it used to be. It should stay in the current state that it is in.

Legion buff would go into 2 scenarios.
1) survs are already close to one another so they can hit multiple and down the last one.
2) survs aren't that close so you just down the one your on.
I would love a legion down in power, but man...that would actually make them very strong, as surv would have no defense besides locker jumping or dead hard.

i hope not, i actually don't know a way to buff him without making him broken, he is like nurse, either u nerf and its bad or buff that its op. plus if they do decide to make him like that they could just make every other killer have good ability's, like trapper auto starts with 10 traps and 5 scattered, wraith has 115% m/s out of cloak not 100% and they could make hillbilly so his chainsaw has no overheat, which would diversify the characters you see and a more interesting meta game. they could buff every bad perk and slightly nerf meta perks also. there's many things they can do to shake up the meta but it seems like they aren't

precisely! he should punish snowballing which is the whole point of this buff, to force them to spread out and not snowball as it will be punished heavily. and yeah maybe 1 survivor will go down but legion will take 1 minute to get his power back (the new cooldown I think he should have). so if you slug 4 mins to don them all but it wont take that long at all. I think it will be ok for the game and will introduce new ways to play.

Alright... so here's the deal. Legion's power should never be reliably lethal. Why? Because it is uncounterable. The only reason Frenzy isn't broken is because it is non lethal. Frenzy doubles the speed difference between the Killer and Survivor so both holding W and looping both work less well. Frenzy allows Legion to vault windows and pallets so they cease to be useful unless you can pallet them out of their power. Also Legion maintains standard movement in Frenzy so juking them like a Blight/Billy/Oni isn't really gonna happen either. Against Legion, being healthy nearly doesn't matter because of just how much Frenzy is a free hit. But that's all it is so it's OK. If it becomes a free down, things break and break hard... even if it is a slow free down.
Legion does need a few buffs, but this ain't it.

legion can hit all survs for DW Then down one and come out of fatigue. if survivors spread out he downs 1 surv and has a cooldown for 1 minute.

That's not what I asked.
You said "i want legion to punish snowballing more than he does". What kind of survivor snowballing do you want him to punish? Afaik, Survivors can't really snowball anything.
What you've described is... I don't even know. A free down to counter the main way to counter Frenzy. Which is not a good direction to go with Legion.

Legion already does that. If they do that, he can easily inflict all of them with injuries and deep wounds, causing a massive delay for them and potentially some very easy downs in the future. There's a reason why any halfway decent Survivors will split up as much as possible. It's to deny Legion from getting value out of Feral Frenzy.
