Random perk and addon unlocks is a garbage system

I'm not going to stop harping on this until it's changed.

Here I am with several survivors and several killers sitting unplayed at level 1 because the game just is not possible without perks. Nobody's going to play "perkless" just because I haven't unlocked the meta perks. If I go in with a level 1 Huntress to try and learn her I'm just going to be curbstomped by people with perks that make me irrelevant.

I have a level 30 nurse with her basic 3 perks at tier 2 and then Unnerving Presence and Brutal Strength. Oh, wow, what a revolutionary build I can make.

Allow us to target perks we want to unlock, especially teachables we have unlocked. Remove perk tiers. Remove the random aspect of being viable.

    I do think they should at least allow new characters to start with three perk slots unlocked, not just one, so you can at least attempt to learn them with just their teachables.

    The system needs an overhaul in general, but that'd be an excellent stopgap measure to ease the burden while something new is crafted.
