Shroud of separation

Is there any killer that benefits from this add on? I play mostly Myers, ghostface and pyramid head and I would prefer if the offering did the opposite and made all survivors spawn together.

Has anybody had good value from this add on? Just curious

It's a very outdated offering- survivors want to spawn apart from one another with the way the game plays now, spawning closer together is actually pretty bad for them.

The Shroud of Separation and the... one that makes them all spawn together, I forget the name, should be swapped. If the Separation is to exist, it should be a survivor offering.

yeah, an ultrarare offering with a massive downside. No way shroud of separation is a survivor offering, it would be too broken.

The offering is an outdated mechanic from when the game was first introduced, when even the people who made the game didn't foresee how it would affect gameplay. I imagine the initial thought was with the offering that the game would be played by somewhat random players for the most part, not in communication with one another, who would need to group up eventually to survive (while also trying to be stealthy) -- and that an offering to separate them and keep them from working together on objectives would be in the killer's best interest. The meta of four survivors working quickly on four separate gens (while some of them are on coms together) wasn't on their radar then, if I had to guess.

The offerings should absolutely be changed around, or at least this one should be completely reworked to do something entirely different (maybe a killer offering to have a single survivor spawn with X meters of you as a killer, to get you into an early chase). As it stands, it's an offering that I never use as killer, and it's a waste of BP every time I'm forced to take it in a Bloodweb.
