Improving Unused Perks: Prologue

Okay, let me explain what this is going to be.

I’m starting a series where I’m going to be looking at each and every unused perk in the game and offering suggestions and changes to these perks. I will be suggesting 3 different ideas for these: 2 buffs/ minor changes and one complete rework with the same idea.

Please feel free to add your own suggestions as I will be changing and editing my suggestions if someone else suggests an idea I like or something the community likes more than my idea.

I’m going to be starting with survivor perks so if you want me to do any specific one first please let me know!
