For raising Hillbillys weapons higher up on screen. Next we need his old chainsaw animations :)
It gets lowered when you move, which is good.

I think it looks good too, very creepy. And that does suck, but I guess it would look pretty horrendous (possibly for the wrong reasons) if you could mix and match it...

Wish Billy got more attention in general. Took me a while to find a YT video of his new cosmetics. It looks like his weapon from it is in the first picture.
Also awesome it’s available for shards. Most of his cosmetics aren’t.
