Snuffing gives no bloodpoints, circle of healing

Why do killers not get any bloodpoints for stomping a boon totem? Unless it's supposed to and not getting any is just another bug. It makes it an inconvenience that just wastes your time without reward. Plus on many maps they are bugged and can't even be snuffed at all. Also if boon totems can be infinitely replaced then circle of healing should not have self care, that's 2 perks in 1 because it's already giving a healing boost. I play survivor 70% of the time and still think it's too much. It's clear the new survivor was made with op perks as a cashgrab since the majority are survivor mains.

    I’m pretty sure snuffing totems gives you 500 BP’s. It did for me when I was playing earlier.
